Wellness Plan 

During the first quarter of 10th grade Wellness and Fitness, we were learning about how to keep a healthy body and what steps do we need to keep/improve to keep out bodies healthy. We created a Wellness Plan which included a long-term goal about what we are going to improve to improve our bodies physically mentally to keep us healthy, a descrpition of why we want to improve this part of our health and how it relates to preventing certain of diseases and how it improves the health traingle (physical, mental, social), two short-term goals that will help us succeed at accomplishing our long-term goal, steps to make our two short-term goals possible at achieving,  barriers that prevent us from succeeeding at achieving them, and ways to overcome those barriers. Our long-term and short-term goals had to be specific, measureable, achievable, relevant, and timely. (SMART goal). This project will continue over the next three months as we act upon it and try to achieve our goals.
